The Moulin Rouge story started in 1999 by Sam Chen and Vivian Wu when they saw an opportunity to provide Melbourne’s High-end Caterers with quality handcrafted products.

Drawing on form their years of experience working in Five Star hotels in Shanghai and in some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, Sam and Vivian’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for handcrafted food has seen Moulin Rouge recognized throughout the industry as having a reputation of Quality, Consistency and Value.

From humble beginnings, initially offering unique canapes such as Dumplings, Peking Duck crepes and Sushi, Moulin Rouge has expanded its product range to meet the requirements of their clients and now provide 1000’s of products to many of Melbourne’s top Caterers, Restaurants, Cafes and Hotels.
